Payment Policy
A reminder that payment is due when services are rendered.
All forms of payment are accepted (Amex, Visa, Interact, debit, credit, e-transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay) except for personal cheque.
I reserve the right to withhold future bookings with a client if outstanding payments have not been made.
If a client has incurred a debt with me on their account due to multiple last minute cancellations*, or multiple no-shows*, this account must be cleared and paid in full before I will proceed to book the client for future treatments.
*The cancellation/no-show fee is 100% of the service missed.
No Show/Cancellation Policy
We are all human. I understand that some things come up that are completely out of your control-- I've been there too. If an unforeseen, uncontrollable circumstance or emergency prevents you from making it to your appointment, you will not be charged.
However, I would like to remind you that this is my career, and my family depends on this income. Repetitively missing appointments, habitual tardiness and no shows with no communication will not be tolerated. I have a family to look after, and other clients who would love to take your spot.
Please respect my time, and I promise I will do the same for you.
My policy is 24 hours notice ahead of your appointment if changes need to be made. Last minute cancellations or no- shows will result in a charge of 100% of the service missed.
