Everything you need to know 

Do you do Direct Billing?
 

No, I do not. Since I work from home, and I own and operate the clinic myself, I choose not to direct bill to insurance companies. However, I will provide you with an official receipt after each treatment, and I would be more than happy to help you submit a claim if you ever have any issues doing so in the future.

What should I expect for my first treatment?

When you first arrive, I will go over with you your reason for seeking massage therapy, and ask you some questions about your previous massage therapy experience. I will ask you some questions about the pain or discomfort you are feeling, and explain how the massage therapy treatment will go, with your permission. After that, it's time to relax!

What kind of experience do you have? 

I’ve worked with olympians, high performance athletes, high school athletes, working class individuals, the elderly, kids, and everyone in between.

What kind of massage therapy do you provide?

I specialize in deep tissue massage with a focus on rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries, combined with slow and rhythmic movements that enhance and promote relaxation.

Are you taking new clients?
 

I am not able to accept new clients at this time. Please refer to this page for more details.

Do you talk to clients during their massage?
 

I do not start conversations with clients. If you are not talking to me, I take that as a sign that you’d like to relax in silence! However, if you like to talk through treatments, I’m more than happy to converse. I follow your lead!

Do you offer any other modalities, like hot stone or aromatherapy?
 

I do not offer any other modalities besides Swedish massage therapy techniques; meaning I do not offer hot stone massage, acupuncture, cupping, or aromatherapy etc.

What are the gels and lotions you use in the massage?
 

Please click here to see the gel I use, and click here to see the cream I use. I will ask beforehand if you have any sensitivities or allergies to topical ointments before beginning.

What types of payment do you accept?
 

All forms of payment are accepted (Amex, Visa, Interact, debit, credit, e-transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay) except for personal cheque.
